    • We are not liable for any dissatisfaction, personal preference changes, or undesired outcomes after the service has been performed as per your initial request.

  2. Consultations & Confirmations

    • Prior to starting any service, we will confirm your request to ensure clarity.

    • If you wish to make any modifications, please inform us before the service begins.

  3. No Refunds or Redo Policy

    • Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the service has been completed.

    • If an adjustment is needed, you may request a minor correction at the discretion of the service provider.

  4. Health & Safety

    • Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment.

    • We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment.

  5. Booking & Agreement

    • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that J&A Lounge is not responsible for any dissatisfaction once the service has been completed according to your request.
